This workshop provides you with the skills to receive and deliver information and engage in constructive and respectful conversations. We will review good and bad workplace habits to lighten up the workplace. As well, we will discuss tips for enhanced teambuilding by learning about the six types of difficult people. Finally, you will identify strategies to create great relationships and produce amazing results.
