I think I've got it!

How does anyone set their course? How do you decide that change has to happen? The combination of not wanting to be at a certain place and wanting to be elsewhere is what get’s me going. I had the opportunity of meeting Patch Adams at the Gesundheit Institute in West Virginia; he spoke with great wisdom about setting goals and working our way to getting there. There is only one thing to do; get going! Start the car and start driving. Knowing when you will stop for gas, eat lunch and take pictures of a grazing cow is not necessary. Just get going and trust yourself to figure out the rest. Who knows what you will pick along the way!
