Laughter Meditations

Walking Meditation—Go for a walk and just follow the instructions.

Open your arms and giggle at the sky!

<PAUSE>

Inhaling raising your arms, exhale, lowering your arms.
Again Inhaling raising, exhale lowering.

<PAUSE>

Keep breathing.
Relaxing your body, shoulders, face…maybe a smile has crossed your lips…keep walking, keep breathing

Begin to put a spring in your step…as if you were walking on a trampoline…Thats it, a little bounce in your step…<boing boing>

<PAUSE>

Now return to walking…connect in with your breath…breathing in
Breathing out. Connect in with your body, make sure you aren’t creating any new strains or pains.
Keep walking and smiling.

Just breathing, scan your body, are there any tight stops, if so, stretch and move them out of your body. Take a few seconds to connect with the peaceful feeling inside your body, enjoy this feeling for a moment, breath in, exhale.

Hold on to the peaceful feeling inside yourself.
Peace for yourself and peace for the whole world!
